Livingston Community Partnership (BID) participates in programs which will encourage economic revitalization and growth, as well as aesthetic improvements, which the BID firmly believes go hand in hand. The BID's Architectural Review Committee will assist businesses in complying with the Façade Criteria ordinance suggested by the BID and adopted by the Livingston Township Council to establish integrity and consistency in our commercial areas, complement the streetscape vision and alleviate administrative roadblocks faced by businesses in the past. These programs serve the ultimate goal of creating an architecturally and aesthetically pleasing business district that will help existing businesses to grow and thrive and bring new businesses to Livingston.
